Went to see Hammerhead and Uli Jon Roth at the Rockpile. I got the tix from Hammerhead's bassist Rob. Show was awesome, Hammerhead killed with many classics, Uli was pretty good as well. Very good show.

Just got back from Judas Priest with special guest Black Label Society. Zakk Wylde sukked. I guess his 20 minute solo was a desperate attempt to save his band's (because that's what it is, a One Man Show) reputation. JP was good but nothing new, I guess since they are old? Just kidding, JP was awesome, a nice Farewell to the fans.

Dream Theater was pretty good last night. Mike Mangini fits right in but they sounded a bit fresh on the older songs, sounded like they needed more practice. Songs of the new album sounded sharp. Later Portnoy.

So Heavy T.O. was pretty good. On Saturday Megadeth rocked but on Sunday Slayer KILLLLLLLED. Although only the second time to see Slayer, they played amazing. Lots of classics from Seasons In The Abyss including the title track. Dave Lombardo...one of my favourite drummers of all time.
